We are a totally Independent family run estate agency and abogada (Spanish solicitor) based in Huercal-Overa, Almeria, focused primarily on finding you your ideal property, ensuring everything is legal and making the purchase as simple as possible for you.
We have a large number of properties from cortijos through to luxury villas together with apartments on the coast so whether looking for a new permanent home in Spain or just a holiday getaway then we will have it. If nothing suitable is on our books then we will always go out and look for something that will meet you requirements.
As we also collaborate with other local agents you can use us as a One-Stop Shop to save you having to pop from agent to agent to view properties with the benefit of having our Independent solicitor on hand to ensure everything is legal.
If you still cannot find your ideal property then why not have one built to your own requirements? We have a number of plots available in various areas and also have local architects and builders on hand to get you exactly what you want.
Our independent solicitor is also available to provide a full range of legal service even if buying elsewhere as you should never enter any transaction without the use of a fully qualified solicitor.
